Is the event at a hotel or is this a Hotel Party?No, Plush LS events are not at hotels. Plush LS hosts events at large homes, cabins, mansions, etc. with the average of 10-12 King Suites w/ full bath and 1-2 shared Queen Suites w/ full bath. The venues we choose also typically have multiple living room areas, a theater room, hot tub, pool, game room and/or pool table, and large dining area w/ large kitchen.

What are the details for the event?Event details are listed with each event under "Upcoming Events." Select 'More Info", then "Details" to view full details. You will not be charged for an event until a ticket type is chosen and confirmed through further actions.

Why are Plush LS events priced higher than other lifestyle events?Plush LS events are ALL INCLUSIVE events. We provide our guests with EVERYTHING except their clothing, hygiene products, and beer, wine, or seltzers. We pride ourselves on being high quality events by providing our guests with high quality accommodations, high quality meals, high quality liquors, and other high quality amenities.

What is included in the ALL INCLUSIVE weekend?Lodging (guest chooses Shared or Private accommodations), Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, Snacks, Beverages, Top Shelf Liquor and Mixers, each nightly Themed Party, on site continuous security personnel, and transportation to and from the local airport for our guest flying in and out.

Do I / We have to stay all weekend to attend?No, we offer Day Passes for each day/night of the event. Guests can choose to stay one, two, or all three days.

Do the Day Passes include Meals and Liquor while attending?Yes, all amenities except overnight lodging are included with day passes,

What are the event rules?Event rules are provided upon request, upon ticket purchase and confirmation, and on the website under "Plush LS Event Rules." Each guest is required to read and agree to the rules prior to final ticket purchase.

Are you allowed to play anywhere?Anywhere other than the kitchen for sanitary reasons and areas viewable by the outside public for legal reasons.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?Cancellations can be made at any time. However, per our refund policy, no refunds are available within 30 days of the event start date. Deposits are non-refundable from the time of reservation confirmation.

If i need to cancel, can I transfer my payment to another event later?No, reservations, payments, deposits are non-transferable.
